The Doctors Noble Chenin Blanc 2008
Last produced in 2001, we welcome back an old favourite. Associated with many of the great wines of the Loire Valley in France, Chenin Blanc is renowned for its ability to age. Its naturally high acidity acts as a preservative while its succulent fruit characters provide an array of flavours matched with an unctuous texture.

Tasting Notes
This botrytis-affected Chenin Blanc has aromas of golden delicious apples, sugared figs and butterscotch followed by a sweet, rich crème brulee palate concluding in a lingering yet crisp finish. A highly memorable wine.
